About TechBaithak
We're a community-driven platform connecting Pakistan's freelancers, technologists, and founders — built on the belief that the country's digital economy grows fastest when its people actually know each other.
How TechBaithak Started
From a single conference in Hyderabad to a national community — told in three chapters.

It started with one room in Hyderabad
TechBaithak began as Pakistan's first Tech & Networking Conference — a single-day gathering in Hyderabad where developers, freelancers, and founders sat in the same room and talked shop, without a stage separating them from the audience.

A conference became a habit
What worked once got repeated. Meetups, panels, and smaller city gatherings turned a one-off event into a standing appointment for Pakistan's growing remote and freelance workforce — and gave the community a name people started using unprompted.

A national community with a flagship stage
TechBaithak now runs Freelancers Baithak as a multi-city national tour, alongside meetups, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing programs that run year-round — connecting freelancers, engineers, founders, and industry leaders across Pakistan.
One Platform, Every Corner of the Ecosystem
TechBaithak isn't built for one type of member. We bring together everyone who makes Pakistan's technology and freelance economy work — from the person landing their first gig to the founder hiring their tenth employee.
Why TechBaithak Exists
“Pakistan produces enormous freelance and technology talent — but that talent is scattered across platforms, cities, and DMs, with few real rooms where it can meet, trust, and hire itself.”
TechBaithak exists to be that room. We build recurring, in-person spaces where the country's freelance and technology ecosystem can connect directly — turning isolated talent into a visible, organized community with real access to opportunity.
What We're Building Toward
Our Vision
A Pakistan where every freelancer, technologist, and founder has a seat at the table — where opportunity is distributed by merit and connection, not geography or gatekeeping.
Our Mission
To build and run the country's most trusted technology and networking community — through conferences, meetups, and mentorship that turn strangers into collaborators, clients, and co-founders.
What Guides Every Decision We Make
Community
We build for the community first — every format exists to serve the people in the room.
Collaboration
We design for connection over broadcast, turning strangers into working relationships.
Innovation
We stay close to how the industry is actually changing, not how it looked five years ago.
Knowledge Sharing
The best lessons in the room should leave the room — through talks, mentorship, and writing.
Inclusivity
Every city, every career stage, every background — the door stays open, on purpose.
Growth
For the individuals we connect and for the community itself — we build for the long run.
